APEX Accelerator (formerly Procurement Technical Assistance Center or PTAC) has a track record of successfully preparing local businesses to win government contracts with all levels of government. East Michigan APEX Accelerator serves seven counties, including: Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Sanilac, Tuscola, and Huron; and is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
